Ha trabajado y estudiado a nivel diplomado el tema de Empresas familiares por lo que es su principal interés la institucionalización adecuada para lograr este brinco generacional de manera exitosa. En 2011 decidió emprender con la creación de Belle Femme, en un inicio como escuela de belleza y con la intención de apoyar a las mujeres con capacitación, este proyecto cambia y se convierte en un salón de belleza que ha ido creciendo a lo largo de 14 años y que actualmente está en comercialización de franquicias, aquí tengo 8 colaboradores directos. En 2012 se afilió a la Asociación Mexicana de Mujeres Empresarias San Luis Potosí, donde en 2018 resultó electa Presidenta de ese Capítulo pero por cuestiones administrativas y legales no pudo obtener la personalidad jurídica por lo que logrando la autorización de la Nacional se crea AMEXME Capítulo San Luis Potosí A.C. en septiembre del 2020, son años de intenso trabajo, posicionamiento y visibilización de las mujeres empresarias en SLP, se logra por primera vez la incursión de las Mujeres Empresarias en la Alianza Empresarial.
